Nordic Light · virtually staged
Ninety-five seconds: what happens to your listing photos, start to finish.
Room Check reads every staged image beside your original photograph with a vision model that looks only at permanent features — walls, openings, windows, views, floors, built-ins. Furniture may be added freely. A wall that moved fails, and the render is generated again. On a real Halifax listing it caught a deleted staircase and an erased reception desk. See all three →
Drag the handle on any card. Every “after” is a real render from the pipeline you’d be using, checked by Room Check before it was allowed here — several of them were refused first. The “before” photos are ours: stock rooms and demonstration rooms we generated, so we are never marketing with someone else’s listing. Deliverables depend on your plan: Pro and Ultra include buyer pages; Ultra adds tap-to-swap.

Terracotta · virtually staged
Choose a furnished look. Room Check compares the result with your original before it is shared.
Original
Furniture removed
The seller’s furniture and clutter, gone — built-ins stay, because they’re part of the house.
Original
Cognac · restyled
Same room, different furniture — and buyers can tap to swap pieces themselves on Ultra.
Original
Exterior · virtually staged
Terraces, patios and gardens get furniture and greenery — each result is checked against the original outdoor photo.
Original
Decor added
Cushions, a throw, art and greenery — and not one piece of the seller’s furniture moves.
Original
Repainted · virtually staged
Give it a paint code and see the room in it. A wall colour is a real feature of the house, so the render says so — labelled, like everything else.
Original
“a round walnut table by the window”
Type what you want changed. Furnishings only — ask it to move a wall and Room Check throws the render away.
Straight from your phone or your photographer. Sedam Staging reads each one and works out which are rooms — floor plans and aerials ride through untouched, and exteriors are only staged when you ask for Exteriors mode.
Six styles, written as design languages rather than furniture catalogues, so a kitchen gets kitchen furniture and a bedroom gets a bed.
Full-resolution files with the disclosure burnt in, and a buyer page you can text to as many people as you like.
Free includes 3 images total with Sedam branding. Pro and Ultra add buyer pages. Listing disclosure stays on every plan.

The real difference: every tool in this category writes “your walls stay exactly as they are.” The category leader writes it while its own API docs concede its top setting “allows for significant alterations to the original design.” A sentence can’t be told apart from another sentence. A caught failure can. Here are three of ours.
Ask ChatGPT to stage a room and it will happily move a wall to make the sofa fit. Our models try the same tricks — the difference is that every render faces a second AI whose only job is to catch them. Here is one it caught.
A rejected render is thrown away and re-rolled. If it keeps failing, we tell you — we don’t ship it. Pro, Ultra and single-listing download kits include a QR link to the originals. Personal downloads include originals but no buyer QR.
We put money on it — the walls-don’t-move guarantee: if a published render ever changes your room’s structure — a wall, a window, a door, the view — your month is free, and if it reached your marketing, your next 12 months are on us. How it works.
Use your own room photo. Compare the result, read the check, and keep the original.
Move the slider between your photo and the staged room. Look at the walls, windows and fixed features.
We check each result before it can be shared. If the check fails, we try again or show a failure. Review each result yourself too.
Listing images keep the Virtually staged label. Keep the original with your files and check the rules where you post.
Get a kit for one property, or choose Pro or Ultra for repeat listing work. The “Virtually staged” label always stays: that one is required, not branding.

Yes, when the image is labelled and the architecture isn’t altered — which is exactly how Sedam Staging works. Every staged photo carries a “Virtually staged” label burnt into the file itself, so the disclosure travels with the picture even if someone downloads and reposts it. Walls, windows, doors, cabinetry and fixtures are never changed — only furniture and decor. You also get a paste-ready remarks line for your board.
Your original photograph and the staged render are read side by side by a vision model looking only at permanent features: walls, openings, windows, views, floors, ceilings and built-ins. Furniture, rugs, art and decor may be added freely — that’s the product. A wall, window or doorway that moved fails. A failed image is generated again, up to four attempts across two different AI models. If it never comes back honest, that look is simply missing — and we tell you which room.
No, and there’s no paid tier that unlocks it. It’s burnt into the pixels rather than added as an overlay, so it survives a download and a re-upload. Paid plans can remove the small “Made with Sedam Staging” credit from the buyer page; the disclosure is a different thing and it stays.
No. Your photos are yours. We keep the original alongside each staged copy because the disclosure depends on it being available, and we don’t train models on them or resell them.
No — and we won’t call it one, because it isn’t true. Sedam Staging makes still photographs and a short film assembled from them. It is not a walkthrough, and there is no 3D model of the house.
We won’t promise that. What Sedam Staging does is give you staged, disclosure-safe media for the house you’re pitching, before you’ve signed — and a page you can send to every buyer. What happens at the table is your work, not ours.
Three images free, no card. If a render changes your room, you’ll never see it — that’s the whole point.
