Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sarah, the AI phone receptionist operated by Sedam Intelligence (the "Service"). By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
Sedam Intelligence provides Sarah, an AI voice receptionist designed for Canadian real estate agents. Sarah answers calls 24/7 on a dedicated Canadian phone number, records and transcribes conversations, and delivers summaries to your web dashboard at sedamintelligence.com.
Sarah is software, not a human. She is built on third-party voice AI and phone infrastructure.
2. Subscription & billing
- Plans are month-to-month: Basic $47 CAD/month or Pro $97 CAD/month.
- Your subscription auto-renews each month on the anniversary of your signup date until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. New pricing applies to your next billing cycle.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
- From your dashboard at sedamintelligence.com/dashboard, or
- By emailing miguelbosko@gmail.com with "Cancel" in the subject.
Your Service continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, no penalties.
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, then does not renew.
- Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. This is the industry standard for month-to-month SaaS.
- If we mess up (a billing error, a service outage we're liable for, etc.), we'll make it right — email us at miguelbosko@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any person.
- Violate any law, including CASL (anti-spam), PIPEDA (privacy), TCPA, or real estate licensing rules.
- Instruct Sarah to misrepresent herself as a human when a caller explicitly asks whether they are speaking with a person or AI. Sarah must be allowed to disclose that she is an AI in that case.
- Send robocalls, spam, or unsolicited outbound dialing.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Our responsibilities vs. yours
What we do
- Operate and maintain the Sarah platform and dashboard.
- Provision a Canadian phone number for your business.
- Record, transcribe, and store calls per our Privacy Policy.
- Make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available.
What you do
- Configure Sarah's prompts, greeting, and workflow. You are responsible for what you tell Sarah to say.
- Ensure your use of Sarah complies with real estate regulations, RECO/provincial rules, and caller-consent laws (including two-party consent for call recording where applicable).
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Inform callers that calls may be recorded, if required by your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
- You own your data. Call recordings, transcripts, contact lists, and any content you provide belong to you.
- We own the platform. The Sedam Intelligence software, dashboard, branding, prompts library, and "Sarah" product are our intellectual property.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
Please read this carefully.
- Sarah is an AI. She may mis-hear, mis-transcribe, or respond imperfectly. Do not rely on Sarah for mission-critical, legal, or emergency communication.
- The Service depends on third-party service providers (see our Privacy Policy for details). Outages, delays, or dropped calls may occur. We are not liable for missed calls, lost leads, or lost revenue caused by outages or transcription errors.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
- You can terminate at any time per Section 3.
- We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
- On termination, we stop the Service, stop billing, and delete data per our retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
